Cancellation Policy

Inspection appointments are subject to availability and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and name of the assigned inspector. Please ensure the property is accessible and that all areas to be inspected are clear of obstructions. We understand that unexpected things can happen. To ensure fairness for all clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a booking fee. For your convenience, you can typically reschedule your appointment online through your booking confirmation email or by contacting us directly. The free home inspection is designed to provide a preliminary assessment of the property's condition. Services rendered beyond the initial inspection, such as detailed assessments, repairs, or expert consultations, will be subject to separate fees. A detailed quote will be provided for any additional services before work commences. The free home inspection is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee or warranty of any kind. DIA Admin Solutions is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the inspection or any subsequent actions taken based on the inspection findings.
